As the definition of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) grows each year, the involvement and enthusiasm grows for the D&I Session at the IADC/SPE International Drilling Conference & Exhibition. The truly interactive session will kick off with an opening reception and three keynote presentations sharing engaging personal stories.  The last half of the session will have company-driven "speed dating" style mini presentations.  Attendees can visit stations of their choice to learn valuable tips and resources to implement within their own organization.

Caleb Jackson, H&PCaleb is a fierce advocate for creating inclusive environments that celebrate diversity. His passion for DE&I is fueled by his determination to create positive change within Helmerich & Payne and the energy industry by fostering an environment where every individual feels welcomed, respected, heard and valued as they show up at work every day.  
Jackson holds an undergraduate degree in Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southwestern College. Upon graduation, he began work as an Assistant Director for a DHS group home, which played a pivotal role in igniting his passions around diversity, equity, and inclusion. After transitioning to the energy industry, he has spent the last two and a half years working at the intersection of DE&I and organizational development. 
He believes embracing DE&I principles can challenge outdated norms, break down barriers and create more sustainable practices for both the industry and the global community.

Bailey Schwarz

Bailey Schwarz, EavorBailey Schwarz is a professional engineer with a decade of hands-on engineering experience that focused on data analytics and process optimization. Ms. Schwarz has a passion for innovation, actively seeking opportunities to trial new technologies and push boundaries. During her tenure at Cenovus Energy, Ms. Schwarz led a multi-disciplinary team of engineers to commission and operate industry leading, large-scale steam assisted gravity drainage facilities spanning cogeneration, steam generation, processing and water treatment. Bailey graduated with a Degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University and recently passed her CFA Level I exam.

Crystal Holmes, Crystal Holmes, bpthe vibrant Agility Coach at bp, merges her tech savvy with a passion for people and culture. With over 24 years in oil & gas and healthcare, Crystal's journey from Information Technology to agile leadership is a testament to her innovative spirit. Hailing from Austin, Texas, she brings the city's creative energy to her neurodiversity advocacy at bp. As co-chair of the Neurodiversity group within bp’s Accessibility business resource group, Crystal champions inclusion and embraces her own neurodivergence. When not diving into work or championing diversity, you'll find her meditating, running, or exploring the depths of the ocean. With a background in Management Information Systems and an MBA, Crystal is on a mission to unlock human potential and shatter mental barriers for growth.

Prior to joining bp, Crystal oversaw a team of the PMO for Marathon Oil’s Enterprise Service activities in Houston, Texas and held several roles at other energy companies. She is also a member of the illustrious sisterhood of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her purpose is to enable human potential and transformation.
