Technical Session
Positioning the well is critical in the long term performance, and value, of the asset. Even in large homogeneous, unconventional type, formations errors in managing the interwell spacing can have adverse catastrophic effects on the performance of stimulation operations. This session We will look at new techniques for surveying and positioning the wellbore through the use of AI (statistical analysis), new measurements and sensors as well as improved procedures. All of which can will improve the resolution of the wellbore position and reduce the time taken to runrecord the surveys.
