Booth space is assigned in priority point order and then on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibit Space is priced at USD 39 per square foot for booth space (minimum reservation 100 sq. ft.).
Standard booth draping (8-ft. high black back drape and 3-ft. high black side dividers) and identification sign (17x11 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all linear booths.
Any additional draping used must comply with the show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
Three (3) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
Five (5) Complimentary one-day “Exhibits Only” Guest Invites per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space to share with your clients.
Guest invitations are not to be used for your employees/staff/EAC’s or for any other company’s employees/staff/EAC’s exhibiting at this show. This policy will be heavily enforced. Violating the guest invitation terms can result in a reimbursement penalty and loss of priority points. Multiple violations can result in an inability to exhibit at future SPE shows.
