Barbara Lasley is the Sr. Well Delivery Manager for the Gulf of Mexico where she is accountable for the delivery of well planning work to meet the business goals of the region.  Prior to her current role, she has held a variety of roles across four regions focused on drilling, completion, and intervention well activities in the US and the Middle East. 

Barbara is passionate about finding opportunities to improve the business, developing people, and leading in diversity and inclusion.  She joined BP in 2000 from Atlantic Richfield Co.  Barbara graduated with honours from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with an Environmental focus.
