Frode started with NOV (Hydralift) in 1995 after finishing his Master of Science in structural engineering at the Norwegian Technical University (NTH), and has MBA courses in innovation and business development. He has served in a number of roles including Vice President Engineering, Managing Director NOV Norway, Vice President Product Line Management before his current role as Sr. VP Sales and Product Line.
